    The Farmer’s Kitchen is a new project of the Sustainable Economic Enterprises of Los Angeles, and an extension of the Hollywood Farmer’s Market. The Kitchen has a cafe and commercial kitchen facilities for public use, as well as ongoing courses featuring farmers market produce. They have an impressive ongoing line-up of classes, but because I love fermented foods (see here and here and here), I thought I’d highlight this one: vinegar, yogurt and sauerkraut!
