Coming up March 31: the second annual Beer for Beasts fundraiser, co-hosted by the Humane Society, Beer Advocate, and the Brooklyn-based (and friend of Spooning) Sixpoint Craft Ales. They brew 40 custom beers just for the event, which are served alongside food from local vendors, including Calexico, Steve’s Authentic Key Lime Pies, and the Red Hook Lobster truck. Proceeds benefit the Humane Society of New York–last year’s B for B raised $30,000!
