As part of the Huntington Library’s “Ranch” series, which focuses on sustainable urban agriculture, Nancy Klehm will present a lecture on the various edible wild plants of the Los Angeles area, and how to harvest them and cook with them. Chicago-based Klehmn is an expert on sustainable agriculture and wears many hats; among them “bioinstigator-in-residence” at the Center for Land Interpretation’s property in rural Utah. She will be also lead a hands-on workshop on the subject of urban foraging at the Huntington on March 3.Where: The Huntington Library, Ahmanson Classroom
